Are the characters real people? No — everyone in the house is AI. They are designed to be warm and supportive, but they are not human and not therapy.
What are credits (⚡)? The house currency for special things: extra scenes, memory cards, visitor reveals, room makeovers. You earn some by sharing, or buy packs.
How do refunds work? Purchases are handled by Apple — request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
