Delete your account

Deletion is immediate and permanent

In the app (fastest)

Open We! and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your house is erased immediately.

By email

Email kovancenter@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your account details) and we will erase it within 72 hours.

What gets deleted: your characters and their images, all chats and scenes, memories and memory cards, mood check-ins and notes, credit history, and your account itself. This cannot be undone.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage it in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
