Playing the game

You may use the game for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate purchases, interfere with services or use the game to harm others. Features and content may change as we maintain the game.

Purchases and virtual items

Prices and product contents are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment, purchase approval and eligible refunds. Coins, boosters and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Consumable items are used in play; permanent purchases can be restored when eligible using the same Apple Account. No Ads removes forced ads, not optional rewarded ads. Canyon Pass includes the benefits described on its purchase screen; it is not an automatically renewing subscription.

Availability and progress

Internet access is needed for purchases, ads and connected services. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Progress is stored locally in the current version; do not assume it will transfer to another device. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted or damaged saves.

Support and your rights

Contact us about faults or missing items. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where the law does not allow it. App Store use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including its standard licensed application agreement where applicable.
