How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BaldAI → Cancel. Or in the app: Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete account & data. Details and an email alternative are on the account deletion page.

My scan says "low confidence" — what now?

Photo quality limits the analysis: retake with brighter, even light and a steady hand. Same mirror and same lighting each week give the most honest comparisons.

Is BaldAI a medical app?

No. BaldAI is a visual tracking tool — it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you notice sudden or patchy hair loss, consider speaking with a healthcare professional.
