Delete your account

In the app (instant)

1. Open BaldAI → Profile tab
2. Tap Delete account & data
3. Confirm twice — deletion is immediate and permanent

Can't access the app? Email keanexl1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my BaldAI account". We process requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your photos, scans, Hair Scores, shed counts, daily logs, reports, and the account itself. This cannot be undone.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple manages billing. Cancel first in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions if you have one running.
